NY Congratulatory Letter- When should I expect this?

    Ok, so I just found out I passed my last part. Should I even expect that Congratulatory Letter to come? If so, when should I expect it?

    I'm in MA and it took 6 weeks. However from what I understand you might not need to wait for it to send in your application. Congratulations!
