@cullinaa, it's hard to say for sure. From what I can tell, you at least have 18 hours:
6 Principles (between the intro classes and 3 additional financial accounting classes)
3 Tax
3 Auditing
3 Accounting & Information Systems
3 Business Law
The two cost management systems may be considered principles if they say intro, beginning, or something to that affect. I had a Cost Management Systems class in my MBA program and it was considered principles because it covered information that provides a basic understanding of cost management systems for MBA students. Then again it could have been considered overlap with Intermediate or Managerial.
Without knowing what the 10 hours in financial accounting classes are called I can't say whether they will be accepted. If they are Intermediate Accounting I, Intermediate Accounting II, or something to that affect, it should be accepted.
So, if the cost management systems are accepted you have 25 hours. If the 10 hours of financial accounting are also accepted, you have 35. So you have a 5 credit buffer for something to not be accepted and still get to test. It could be that you end up under 30 as well.
Only way to know for sure is to apply, unfortunately!
