I am wondering how long does it take to get the NTS payment coupon letter from NASBA. I applied late October and got an email from a director at the VBOA stating that he has deemed me eligible to take the exam and I chose which section to sit for first and now a month and a week later still hadn’t heard anything. I need to schedule AUD for January to start my CPA journey

it should take less than a week, email them and ask whats going on.

the VBOA site is a lil confusing. you may have forgotten to click the extra submit button after you chose which section, happened to me couple of times. i thought the payment coupon was submitted but they had no record of it cuz i didn't click the extra button at the bottom of the page

It took a while for me to get my first payment coupon – I called because it took a few days. They said they were doing a background check to make sure I hadn't applied in other states ( I had moved twice in a short period ). I got my coupon an hour later.

After that, I had some other delays because they hadn't posted my score in the right “spot”. They have always been very friendly when I've called and cleared it up fast – they will offer to submit what you're asking for right over the phone if you're trying a second time.

F: 71,74,74 again, and 86 - DONE!
