    Hello,

I passed CPA exams from the state of Delaware and want to get licenced in state of MD. Do I need separate credit for Business Ethics to be eligible? Can anyone share more information regarding this?
    Thanks in advance.

It looks like MD does require coursework in business ethics. It also looks like you can get licensed in Delaware then apply for reciprocity in MD. You should Read through the rules for each state and confirm with both boards. Licensing in both states could be cheaper and faster than an additional class.

    FAR 7/25/15 76!
    AUD 10/30/15 93
    BEC 2/27/16 82
    REG 5/23/16 88!
Ninja Book and MCQ and the forum - all the way!!!
and a little thing i like to call, time and effort!

The required ethics class was one of the classes I did not have that CO requires. I licensed in MT without it then applied and received CO license with reciprocity.

Just curious, will the Board review the transcript course by course when they decide to issue a license? I would suggest you have a try apply for MD license without the ethics course. They may let you go as I saw some State did that. If not, you choose the next step to transfer to another State for licensure or make up the ethics course. The only potential loss the application fee and 1-2 months time.
