MA 150 credit rule

I am having trouble understanding the 150 credit rule for MA and I can’t really get an answer from NASBA or the Board. It appears that grad level courses are weighted more heavily than undergrad courses at a rate of 5/3. Has anyone obtained the liscense with less than 150 credits because they had grad school credits at the higher weighting?

I am 10 credits short so I can either take 4 undergrad classes or 2 grad classes so I want to make sure this is accurate before going for the grad classes. Also, I am not in a grad program, just taking online classes to get the credits.

Might want to call the AECR people and ask them since they do the weighting. I can tell you that when I reviewed my AECR report, they did NOT give me a higher weighting for my grad classes so I ended up barely squeeking by with enough credits….

This is an older post but basically the conversion of 5/3 is only to meet the accounting hours portion of the requirement, not the 150 hours.
