I’m counting my lucky stars at the moment….I got an Extension on my 4 PAID CPA exams..! Granted I still have 4 exams to pass but didn’t lose my fees.

I had some great (i.e., terrible) reasons…and full documentation. However, I still wasn’t sure it could happen.

I called NASBA and they were great and referred me to the named folks at California Board of Accountancy…and they dug up my request and I talked directly with an Analyst.

The Analyst explained the process and said she would see if she could expedite the request….And within two hours, I got an email with the approval….!!!!

Still awaiting NASBA NTS Extension which takes 5 business days…but since I already talked to the guy….Calling him in the morning..!

So if you have a good reason–ie., medical, elder care, estate and legal issues….all of which was on my request….you can get an Extension…lost almost 6 months on California 9-month NTS…So feeling very grateful at the moment.

Now…back to studying…! ..And considering the Ninja videos…It seems to add something for me to hear Jeff’s voice while looking at the video.
