Does anyone know that in case of ineligibilty for examination (due to education) will CPAES –Alaskas refund the application and examination fees?

Since they had to process your paperwork to determine eligibility I'm pretty sure you will not get the actual application fee returned to you. You also paid for a section as well? I would check the FAQs on your state boards website! I'm not quite sure about that part.
