Hey everyone,
This is my first time posting here.
So here is my situation. I graduated with my bachelor’s in accounting last year. I have 26 accounting credit hours and 126 total credit hours. Now, this part may seem far-fetched, but trust me it is legitimate and works: a coworker of mine was in the same situation, only 120 credit hours but had 27 accounting hours. So he applied to take the exams through Kentucky (they only require 120 credit hours and 27 accounting hours to take the exam). He then applied for his CPA through Colorado (they only require 120 and 27 to become certified). He then transferred his CPA to Ohio (where we live) through reciprocity (Ohio requires 150 and 27). If you have not already realized, my issue is that I only have 26 accounting hours, but need 27 take the exam through Kentucky. I was wondering if any of you have any recommendations for an online 1 credit accounting class. I would prefer the college to be located in Ohio (preferably the Cincinnati area), but I realize it is online so any state will do.
Thanks in advance for your help!
