They got my application on June 18th. Post marked before the June 30th deadline. They cashed my check last Monday and still nothing. I have been reassured numerous times (after waiting on hold for 30 minutes or longer) that as long as my app was post marked before 6/30 its no problem. Still would like to see it become official.

Don't worry about it. They'll probably finish your application within one week. My paper application was completed approximately one month after they received my application. Keep on checking IDFPR License Lookup page on daily basis.

Applying by mail takes about a month. As long as you're in by 6/30, you're golden.

It took me less than 5 minutes. I did mine online, got a temporary license# immediately and a license certificate in a week.

i was told that due to the ensuing cluster “mess” bc of the deadline to register, it may be better to send it in and make sure its postmarked before 6/30. oh well. waited this long…..
