Hi Everyone –

I’m just wondering about how long after receiving your final score you will receive your license. I’m sitting for BEC (my final part) on Tuesday and should receive my score August 3rd (ist). So how long later do you believe. My boss keeps asking me so I wanted to give him an idea. I don’t think to much longer after that (like a month or two) since I already have all my experience in and education. Only BEC stands in my way!!

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....
AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73, 80 (Passed again in May 2012) Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70, 76!!!! I AM DONE!!! - Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
After 10 long years of studying, I AM DONE!!!! Finally a Licensed CPA in the State of New York!!

It varies from state to state, but it shouldn't take that long, if you have everything in order.

Here in texas, they asked me to complete the code of professional condutc exam and also take a 2 hour CPE class on ethics, once i did both of them and submitte my application fees, work experience form signed by cpa etc, it took them about 2 weeks. SO may be you are looking at about a month or so,

That's what I was thinking. NYS doesn't require Ethics Exam so I won't have to worry about that.

Yeah so then you will be licensed in about 2 weeks or so, tops…..So then let the Mulla / Benjamin roll in!!! Be aware Boss Man, here it is

Surprisingly fast – I got mine in the mail maybe 2 weeks or so after handing in Forms 4b.

Couldn't pass again!
