Does anyone have guidance on work expereince for GA board. I did contact them when I started taking exams and it sounded like I could remain self employed. I noticed tha board seems to approve one or two candidates every meeting based on self -employment – even though the code states otherwise.

I worked as a subcontractor for a CPA for 5 years 08-13. They were not a registered firm I have over 2000 hours with them if I include all the 1099s and the few clients that were mine that I brought into the business (mutual clients) but I did not get 1099s for that work. The client paid me directly for my work and the CPA for tax and tax consulting. The CPA did direct/supervise and mentor me regarding these few mutual clients.
