Florida Licensing – transcripts again??

I was completely done with my education requirements when I applied to begin sitting for my exams. I’m now done with the exams and noticed that transcripts are one of the items that must be submitted to receive your license. Does anyone know if I have to have them re-sent from the schools or would they still have them on file from my original application? Thanks in advance!

I just passed my last test and was wondering the same thing.

    BEC - 81

I believe you do have to resubmit your transcripts when you submit your application. I submitted all of my stuff (including copies of transcripts) on 8/11/14 and received my license number on 8/15/14. Congrats on passing!

Yep, you have to send them in. I actually had to get transcripts from 7 different schools. Fun, fun. But I did all that before I got my final score. Here's a timeline I posted a while back showing the Florida time frame for my licensure, once I finally passed. (Make sure you don't open the envelopes.)

    Licensed Florida CPA:
    B: 71, 73, 79
    A: 83
    R: 78 (expired), 77
    F: 74, 74, 80

    It's finally freaking over.

@scisneros – I actually called this morning before I checked back for the responses on here and the lady I spoke with told me if I met all of the educational requirements for licensing when I initially submitted them (with my application to begin sitting for the exam), then I do not have to have them resent. If you had not met all of the educational requirements for licensing (not just to sit), then you obviously will need to have them sent by the schools. Hope this helps!
