Does anybody know how long it takes to hear back from NASBA on an issue you had with your exam?

And my issue was my simulations wouldn't load for me and they would freeze while I was working on them.

I left 2 hours to work on the sims and they took around 6 minutes to load each, if I had to change tabs again it would freeze for a few minutes, and 20 minutes of my last half hour was frozen. Reported to the staff and they said there wasn't anything they could do and that sometimes the CPA exam sims took a while to load.

I was frozen for so long that to keep anxiety down I had to color every other square on the working paper in.

You should hear back within a week from my experience.

Here are your options (assuming that the log does show in fact that you had issues):

Option 1: Retake your exam in the next window free of charge – you will never see your score from your messed up exam, however.

Option 2: Live with it and your score is your score.

That's what they will likely tell you.
