Does anyone know what the CBA's tweet meant today?

Earlier today, the California Board of Accountancy tweeted: “A little like winning the lottery? The first wave of letters for Q3 CPA exam window are being mailed out this a.m. #cpaexam @another71”. What letters are they talking about? I never got an emailed score report. Is that what they mean?

I'm actually more in shocked that he CBA is on Twitter than whatever letter they are tweeting about.

How with it be like winning the lottery, when you have studied for months and passed 4 tests based on your knowledge in the topics tested? I would seriously get pissed off if this was addressed me

I know very little about twitter.

Did they send that specifically to @another71?

A Twitter is like a short email. Did they send it to this message board or to jeff?
