I took the ethics exam on September 10th,found out I passed my last 2 tests on the 19th, sent my application to the Missouri state board on the 19th,they received it on the 25th,cashed my check yesterday. There was a board meeting on the 27th. What are the chances my application was approved in that meeting? The next meeting is in November. I’m not under any pressure to meet a deadline, I just want to actually be able to say I’m a CPA and really don’t want to wait until November.

You won't be able to call yourself a CPA until a license is granted.
