So I found a self study program on FEMA’s website that a friend of mine used to get 27 credits (cost is $80 a credit). After passing each courses test you can convert to 1 college credit through Frederick community college.

Here is my question: FCC is accredited through Middle States Commission on Higher Education. My state board (NC) states Middles States Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Higher Education as a qualified accreditation.

After research, I found Middles States Commission on Higher Education and Middles States Association of Colleges and Schools have separate websites??? Are these different entities? Does anyone have any experience with this?
