Not really sure. Did he say why he is denying it?

I've read extensively the rules on CBA website. Please go research this topic yourself. It is a very important topic to be throwing around an open forum. But in a nutshell if your supervisor refuses to sign off on your hours 1)you can CC CBA on your correspondance in attempting to get the sign off from him or her and if still no luck 2) report him or her to CBA. That is pretty much all CBA website says. See the licensing handbook, that is where it talks about it all. Does he or she have reasonable cause to deny it?
