Hi everyone. As you can tell from my screen name, I live in Wisconsin! I took the FAR exam (my first section) on 7/10 and then took AUD on 8/14. I plan to take REG next in October and BEC in November. I have read that Wisconsin is slow to release scores, but I’m confused about that. Does Wisconsin wait until all of the scores are in for Wave 1 and then release all of the Wave 1 scores together, or does it wait until all of the scores are in for Waves 1 AND 2 and then release them all together?

I have to say that in this whole exam process, the release of scores has not been communicated clearly, and I was surprised that no information was provided upon exam completion as to approximately when/how scores are released from Wisconsin. I don’t even know if I will receive anything in the mail or not. I know I can log into NASBA and check for my scores, but when? It seems ridiculous that we put so much effort and time into studying (not to mention cash!), and we are left to wonder and wait about scores. I’m trying to decide whether to go ahead and schedule the next exams when I have not yet learned about passing these, because if I didn’t pass, I want to retake those as soon as possible. It’s hard to plan ahead without knowing. And, we’re all in this 18-month pressure cooker to pass all sections.

I know I’m preaching to the choir, but with the available computerized technology, I would sure like to see an improved grading and score release system.

tell me about it! If I didn't pass I lose AUD and I have to get a NTS and try and schedule AUD and FAR in October before BEC falls off 🙁

From my understanding WI waits until they have them all to release. So I am guessing that is it for wave 1.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes Wisconsin to send out score reports via mail? And, will the report detail performance stats even if the exam was passed?

I usually get my score in the mail a week or 2 after WI releases the scores, but if you passed it will not give you a break down. I wish it did, it would be nice to know what you are doing right when you pass.

I thought for sure I was going to be in the second wave because I didn't get my scores at the same time as everyone else, but I randomly just checked and I passed REG!! So if you didn't think you were going to get your score until October you might want to look again.

Does anyone know if the Ohio loophole works for Wisconsin? Yesterday AUD was greyed out for me, but today it is letting me re-register and my application status date on OASIS has changed to 9/18/2011. Does that mean I for sure failed? My heart just sank!

enowak, where are you going for the OH loophole? I tried registering through OH, but all sections for me are open to click. I am only waiting for AUD. I don't think it works anymore, but I might be going to the wrong place.

enowak, I was going to the right place. I just tried again and same thing…all sections are available to click. I tried this with REG and same thing happened when I failed and passed. I think it officially doesn't work anymore. Unforetuantely, it looks like we will have to wait to receive an email with our grade after ALL sections have been released from the AICPA. UGH!! I can't take the wait anymore.
