you pass all 4 parts & ethics..

I have met all the requirments but since passing all the exams just over a year ago have done nothing to get my actual license, I know I need to fill out some forms and have PwC fill out a bunch of stuff to. If I start the process Monday how long should it take for me to get my license? I appreciate your help! Thanks, Mark

Hi, I got the same issue too, if I sent the application form end of May, do you guys think I can get the license by Mid-July?

I called the board and they told me it took them 1 month to send back the status letter and another 4-6 weeks to evaluate the application. So total 2-3 months to get the license….I'm so concerned…anyone can answer this? Thank you so much! Jenn

@ycc as kandis mentioned it also took me about 6 weeks from the time you get everything in to when they mail out your license in the mail.

Thank you, jtcali. I'm praying now as I need to get my license before end of July. Hope it's not a problem. Jenn

also, about 4-5 weeks after you get everything in they will mail you a payment coupon for an initial licensing fee. once you send in payment w the coupon, it takes another 1-2 weeks after that and then you get your license/wall certificate.

Thanks jtcali-Do you remember if you received a “status letter” from them? They told me it took a month to send a status letter…which doesn't sound right to me. Thanks! Jenn

It's called the 30 day and 60 notice. Within 30 days you get a notice saying what you need for your exam application to be complete. You get another notice at the 60 day mark telling you again what else you need. If you have everything filed, your file then goes to final review and from there it's 4-6 weeks until that is done (more like 2 weeks). After it's been approved, it's just another 2 weeks until you're licensed.

I got the status letter dated on 6/26, and the letter indicated that it will take 4-6 weeks until the result of the review. Hope it won't take that long.

@ycc … I'm also in waiting for my approval as I received my ‘all documents received' letter dated 7/10/12. Did you get your approval? If so, what was the date?

YCC, when did you actually receive your license? I received my 30 day status letter dated 11/2 stating that they received all documentation. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I passed the exam in August. I just passed ethics yesterday. I already got me initial notice they received the application and will be sending out a 30 and 60 day notice.

My question is since I already have everything in to them including all the application materials, cert of experience, live scan etc., will they just skip the 30 and 60 day notice and send me my certificate?

    BEC - 5/20/11 83
    REG - 11/20/11 83
    FAR - 2/26/12 82
    AUD - 7/26 86
    Ethics 12/27/12 90

    Freshy70,

    We are the same boat…

I just received the acknowlegement letter that they received my application too. But It has been 2 weeks since I submittted my application, the check is not yet cashed by CBA.

What state are you in ? has your check been cashed?

I really doubt it if they will skip the 30 days, but may be we might get faster….
