I am getting frustrated and need advice from other California applicants.

I am attempting to schedule my exams.
I am on Select exam tab.
The prompt states Select one or more of the following CPA Exam sections.

I am attempting to pick REG, AUD, and BEC.
HOWEVER
BEC has a note stating it is (Note: Currently Blocked – Open ATT)

I do NOT have an open ATT. On January 8, 2017, I had an ATT good for January 7, 2017 to October 7, 2017. During that time frame I scheduled with prometric; however, due to a family members serious health issue, did not show up to the test. Yes – there is a big gap and I had to take care of my family first. Now I got my stuff together and cannot click BEC.

I’e tried calling CBA exam division at 916-561-1703 but no one answers. I have left emails. This is a California issue not NASBA. My NASBA account shows nothing.

I am beyond frustrated and cannot get the CBA exam unit to answer.
Anyone go through something similar? Advice?

I would just document everything for now, I'm sure you'll at least qualify for an extension later.

I will share what I did.

To get a response you have to keep calling. Over and over and over and over and over. Until a human answers. I believe my issue is being reviewed now.

Yay! Speed dial was certainly a devasting weapon in the old days, though it has been largely mitigated by advances in modern phone systems. Now they can shamelessly send you straight to voicemail and even enjoy a preview of your message while you're leaving it.
