    This is my story:

I sent in my transcripts in the beginning of June right after I graduated. Sent in my application for the CPA near the same timetable. Big mistake. Apparently my transcript didn’t have my degree on it yet because I sent in my transcript way to early.

I got my rejection letter in mid July and resubmitted my transcript with my degree on it this time.

It’s been 5 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a approval/rejection letter yet. I was planning on taking BEC in Aug and had been studying but obviously that is out.

Now my plans have changed and I will probably have to take BEC in the beginning of October. I am also hoping that I could take REG in October too. Since I have studied BEC in July I hope I can review everything at the end of September but also study for REG in september and october then take REG at the end of October before I start working.

So… my question is: Should I take BEC and REG in October? Is this a bad idea? I really don’t have anything else to do until I start working so I’m hoping this can be okay?

    I HOPE I GET APPROVED THIS WEEK. IF I DON’T, I WILL GO CRAZY….

    BEC- OCT 1, 2013
    FAR- NOV 27, 2013
    AUD- APR 2014
    REG- MAY/JUL 2014

Try calling or sending them an email, they've always replied to me when I did that.

Just remember that tons of people are in the same boat as you right now because of graduation… I submitted mine last year in Sept (I had a summer class, so didn't “graduate” til August) and was approved in like ten days if I remember right, it was really fast. I had to “re-apply” in April or so and it took a little longer… I think after I emailed them, I was approved 1 or 2 days later. I don't know if that would have happened regardless, but it doesn't hurt.

I would still try for August if you can… otherwise I don't see why you couldn't take BEC Oct 1 and REG mid November? REG is extremely detailed and crazy, so you don't want to over extend yourself. Also, BEC isn't something you can mess with either! I've seen a lot of people here with high scores for FAR and REG, but can't seem to pass BEC!

    AUD: 84
    REG: 84
    BEC: 79
    FAR: 83
