Hi all

My friend applied in California state in 2006 and failed all the parts ,, and currently we are trying to register in New Hampshire state so he can test in the international center, how can we transfer his application from California to New Hampshire??

Applications are not transferrable between states. Your friend will need to apply in New Hampshire under their state rules.

If your friend had passed a section, the scores could *possibly* be transferred. But your friend would need to go through the new state's application process as well as a transfer of score process.

If your friend received a license in CA, then the license could *possibly* be transferred. But your friend would need to go through the new state's License Transfer via Reciprocity process.

It's always best to begin with the state you plan to be licensed through learn their rules. Then work backwards to where you are now and figure out all of the steps required to get it done.
