I found out this morning that I passed my fourth exam. My credit status shows “CREDIT” for all four exams. However, in the notes below the score screen, it states that I need a “PASS” under the credit status to be considered to have passed the Uniform CPA Exam.

For those of you who have received their licenses in California, at what point do I fill out the application and take the Ethics exam. Can I do it now or do I wait for some kind of a notice from the State Board?

I’m happy, but also kind of lost as I have been focused on passing the four exams. It’s been a stressful 9 months, but thankfully, my wife has supported me all they way.

You need to:

1. Take ethics exam offered through CalCPA.

2. Do LiveScan at one of the local livescan service centers.

3. Fill out your application and submit (including employer experience verification)

The credit will change to pass and you dont have to wait for the CBA letter.
