Is there a way to save the exam and return to it at a later time, or do you have to take the entire exam in one sitting?

You will already have all the questions before you take it online so you cant take your time looking through the material and finding the answers. Then when you put it in online it will only take at most 30 minutes to put your answers in so you shouldn't have to save it and go back. I don't remember seeing an option for doing that.

You have to take it all in one sitting.

Look up all of your answers and keep track of them and of where you find them (paragraph, section). If you fail, you get a printout of the sections where you got wrong answers and the printout is in the order you got them wrong. It's somewhat helpful.

Be careful about California-specific questions.

The ethics exam is a real pain but you'll do it!
