Ok am I understanding this portion right?

I can use 1 credit from an Audit class towards the 10 Semester requirement for Ethics correct?

So if I take “Accounting 12- Audit” for 3 semester credits, I can apply 2 units towards the accounting portion and 1 towards Ethics?

I wasn’t sure if you can split up the credits.

The requirements are VERY confusing. I’ve been making spreadsheets and mapping it out but wasn’t sure how they all count.

Yes you can split units to fulfill requirements. For example, the audit class I took was three semester units; I can use one of them towards ethics, and two towards accounting and vice-versa!

It says only one unit of a course devoted solely to Financial Statement Auditing may be applied towards ethics requirements……..

What about “Internal Control and Auditing”? I'm guessing all 3 credits count for that, right?

    – Since Internal Control includes corporate governance and ethical responsibilities.

I would verify with the state you are in. From my experience, Wisconsin does not split credits. (That's what I was told when applying.)

Studying with Wiley Review, Wiley Test Bank, Ninja Audio.
    Retakes with Ninja MCQ only...awesome!
