I worked for 3 years at a public accounting firm; however, I left to serve in the military prior to sitting for the CPA exam. Now that I am back, and focused on my CPA, I need some help in getting my attest hours verified. I have the hours; however, I am no longer in contact with anyone at the firm (PwC which I’m assuming is large enough that they could find someone to verify) . Since the forms have to be completed and signed by a CPA that you worked under can I simply send them to HR and presume that they will route them to the correct person(s)? Has anyone come across a similar situation. Thanks, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
