Any updates, yet? I am checking BOA website frequently, but nothing yet.

I can't wait until the government runs healthcare! Need surgery? Sorry, your doctor went on vacation the day before your surgery was scheduled. You'll have to wait until he gets back.

Speaking of doctors, I think I should go see one. I may have sprained my pointer finger from a week of pressing F5 incessantly.

If we could convince Jeff to tweet when someone informs him California scores are posted, it would make my life a lot easier because I get his tweets directly messaged to my phone.

This is insane. If they say this afternoon, that might mean in another 2 days, if not another week. Gave up on hitting f5 a long time ago……

California is sucking in my book right now… We should definitely have our scores by now. Very lame. At least I know now that I am not alone.

Wow… Great… Wonder how hard it would be to receive the scores electronically and display them automatically. They make it sound like this is some sort of rocket science…

I just spoke with the CA Coordinator at NASBA (who just returned from vacation). He said there was an issue with the attendance records for those who sat for the exam on August 10-12. I sat on the 11th so of course I was impacted. They tried sending the file several times, but it did not work. He did confirm that NASBA received my score on 9/16 (but was not able to share what it was). It is frustrating since it was released almost a week ago and has been in limbo due to system issues. He was going to talk to his supervisor and see if they can resend the file to California's systems.

I suggest everyone calling and speaking to the CA Coordinator at NASBA (800-272-3926) to let them know there is an issue. They said only a couple of people have called so it seems it hasn't been raised to a level of concern.

I sat for the exam later in August (25th? Can't remember) and I haven't gotten my score yet. It seems no one in CA has. So it's not just those in the Aug 10-12 window they are having issues with.

I am aware – I am just saying they identified an issue with the attendance records for the 10th-12th and this issue is likely related to why CA is having trouble receiving the score.

Thanks for the tip StressedCPA. I will call today.

    You are correct stressedCPA.

I took my exam on 8/11 and the NASBA guy told me the same thing. This is why my exam account still says "schedule with Prometric" even though I took the exam in August. They told me it should show that I at least attended. I'm sure that the 10th-12th issue has something to do with the late release.

Thank you Stressed CPA… but the problem with the attentance should not have affected REG scores. And for some reason the REG scores are not being posted by CA either. I will give him a call too.

Well I don't think we are in a position to determine whether the issues are related or not, the fact is the scores are not out and they should be since NASBA confirmed scores were released to CA on 9/16 for BEC. The same issue is going to affect REC, AUD, and FAR.

I'm sure it does have something to do with REG scores. I took the AUD section in 8/11, not BEC and when I called NASBA they told me they are having issues with ALL exams taken August 10-12. Like I said mine still says schedule with Prometric. Therefore it's all parts of the exam not just BEC.

I am so irritated at this whole process… they give you 18 months to pass all four parts, but then take forever to release scores. (AICPA still has not released AUD or FAR) Then there are IT issues… and to top it all off the CA BOA lost my application, and it was sent to their "off-site" so I lost the oppurtunity to test in May because of their un-organization. And there is not a darn thing I can do about it. (expect sit here and rant about it)
