Greetings,
I applied to sit the exam with Alaska Board via the option of one four-year bachelor degree plus one year of verified public working experience. Upon application, I claimed 2 years of experiences thinking that it’d be more convenient for later licensing. Now I just wish to know, upon submission of application for licensure, if I need to submit another separate form, i.e. if the Board requires one form for exam eligibility and one form for licensure. Though the content is the same?
Anyone in the same shoes before? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks a heap guys!
