I have passed 3 sections in california. Is it possible to pass my last one in another state and become licensed in that state? Or do all 4 sections have to be passed within 1 state? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

If doesn't matter where you take the exam. If you applied as a CA candidate you can take the exams at any prometric in the world. If you want a license in another state you can either apply as a candidate to sit as long as you meet their requirements or you can get your CA license and apply for reciprocity.

    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

That's the thing. I can't take it anywhere in the world for CA. CA doesnt allow you to take exams in Japan, while almost all other states do. I am currently living in Japan and don't want to have to come back just to take my last section. I want to apply for another state, for instance oregon, and I was wondering if my first 3 sections from CA count, and I can just take REG for oregon and be license in oregon.

Also, does the work experience have to come from the state you are licensed in? or it can come from any state?

    Thanks

Your best bet is to contact the Oregon board. Those questions vary from state to state but the 3 exams you took should count.
