After taking FAR for the first time and getting a 72, I haven’t been so great about re-studying. I can come up with lots of excuses, but it’s in the past and that time is gone.
So here’s my conundrum. I’ve picked up studying again, and I”ll be ready to re-take FAR in early July. July 8th would be the earliest after getting through month end at work. I have a NTS for AUD that is set to expire on Aug 28. At this point I have not requested a new NTS for the FAR re-take. After taking FAR in July I would only have 6 weeks for real studying (7 weeks, but one of those weeks I’m traveling for work). AUD wasn’t my strong point in school and its been a number of years since I’ve been exposed to AUD material.
Would you skip the FAR re-take for now, and switch to AUD? That would give me 10 weeks, as well as a long holiday weekend (No major plans for the 4th and work is closing for the 3rd and 4th).
FAR - 73, rematch in early April
AUD - 5/14
REG - 8/14
BEC - 11/14
