    I can't help but laugh at the Dallas Tx closings when the weather has been above, and will be above freezing most of the time.

    That city cannot handle ANY kind of winter weather, same goes with the local residents. The entire city shuts down for a 1/2 inch of snow and wrecks happen at every corner. It's almost pathetic.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

    I'm so glad I got to take my exam this morning before the Springfield, MO office closed! I would have been bummed after I studied all through the Thanksgiving weekend for BEC.

    FAR - 10/28/13 - 79
    AUD - 11/23/13 - 87
    BEC - 12/5/13 - 83
    REG - 1/4/14 - 86 and done! 🙂

    @UCMCPA

    As a life long resident of Dallas, I can't say I disagree with you.

    @dontpoke.

    Just for reference, I had to get a root canal my FIRST day in Dallas last year. My first check up was 2 weeks after that, and it had “snowed” with NO accumulation. The most I saw was a dusting. I drove to the dentist for my 8 am appointment, no one was there. I stayed for 15 minutes then went to work. They called me at 10 am stating they couldn't get anywhere because they were “trapped in by the snow”.

    Could not believe it.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86

    I grew up in Oklahoma, which I imagine is a lot like Dallas in regards to weather. Any winter weather and everything shuts down.

    I now live in Colorado and the difference is amazing. It snows a 6+ inches, is 3 degrees, and it's just another normal day.

    FAR - 81 (8/24/13)
    BEC - 79 (11/29/13)
    REG - 78 (5/24/14)
    AUD - 7/31/14

    For those interested, earlier today I called the testing center and they simply confirmed they were closed tomorrow. They said I should be getting a phone call tonight with more info on the reschedule.

    I just got an automated phone call indicating I would receive an email with a new scheduled test time (no email yet). If I could not make that time, I can call the Prometric main # (on their website) to get options.

    AUD - 77 08/22/2012 (expires 01/31/2014)
    BEC - 86 09/17/2011 (expires 02/28/2013)
    FAR - 74 12/15/2012
    REG

    So what happens if your NTS is set to expire on the day a Prometric center is closed and you are scheduled to take your test?

    Hopefully they will extend your NTS!
