im in the prometric website and want to move my test back a week. every time I put in my confirmation/tracking # (I found this # on the email confirmation email) and first letters of my last name, nothing happens..it just brings me back to the same screen. does this happen to anyone else? im unable to re-schedule and am getting so frustrated with this website! am I missing something?

Same thing happened to me, below is the response I received days later after I decided to keep my date:

Please be informed that to reschedule your CPA exam you can visit the website http://www.prometric.com . In case of any technical issue you may contact the Candidate Care Department at 1-(800) 580-9648. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern time.

I tried nonstop for over an hour…all just to change my date 7 days. I finally tried a different computer and somehow it worked. Makes a stressful situation 100 times worse. thanks for the feedback!
