Every once in a while, they allow testing for Off month in the 1st week. Is there a possibility of that happening for March? Just wondering if anyone knows about it

I doubt it why would they?? If anything, they might open it for the states that had weather issues. They do it in December because of the Thanksgiving holiday. They said they weren't going to in 2014 but at the last minute they did.
