“NASBA, the AICPA and Prometric have agreed to extend the testing window until Dec. 8, 2012, to enable candidates who were unable to test in the Northeast due to Hurricane Sandy.

Not sure whether to re-schedule or not… but I'm only on Module 1 of 8 for Auditing. I'm also concerned when the scores will be released for the December exams.

Jeff, do you know about when scores were released in the past for situations such as this?

Sweet! Thanks for the heads up! I am in California so wasn't affected by Sandy but 7 more days of studying will hopefully help! I've rescheduled REG from 11/30 to 12/07/12.

I live in Louisiana. I just scheduled to take AUD in December 5. It was not a reschedule because I just received my NTS. I guess the extension is applicable for those who have not initially scheduled to take a section.

Thank the Lord: He gave me extra time. There was only one opening left for this month – which was 9:00a.m., November 24. I would not have been as prepared as I wanted to be. December 5 is perfect. Thank you God.

Anyone in a Non-NASBA state schedule in the extended window? I'm nervous of how/when Texas will release my score if I sit in the extended window.

I am also curious about scores for exams taken after 11/30. The score charts they release typically states 5 business days after AICPA receives all results for scores received after the end of the window. So my guess would be 12/14 or 12/17 for NASBA states.
