Anyone else have to do this today?? I stayed up late studying, only to wake up, study some more and receive a call at 7:30 am that my testing center was closed. The Prometric representative said she would call me back with a “number”. She did not. I did not receive an e-mail from Prometric either, as indicated on their site regarding closings. I called once this
morning and was on hold an hour and a half. I did find out they have extended the window through the 11th… however… the rude operator I had told me I had to “pick a day”. She could not tell me when or where openings were, and if I picked a day I was stuck with it. The testing center closest to me (30 minutes), according to her, has no openings at all. The nearest one is two hours away. She then told me I have to stick with my original stated date that I originally requested no matter where the available location was. So if I am in Indiana, and the only opening is in Texas that is my only option?? I work full time so I had to get some things cleared and call her back. (Big mistake). There was no call back number she said, besides going through the original queue. I called back three hours and 20 minutes ago and I am STILL on hold. I tried to call from another line to make sure it was operational and they advised me to keep holding on my original call. So… I have still not scheduled and I have no idea when I am going to be able to of if anyone is ever going to answer this call!! Ugh.
