    Hi guys,

I took my first section of the CPA exam (FAR) on July 20th, and I’m confused about when I should receive my score. I had a friend tell me that I should receive it on August 5th (during the 1st wave), but AICPA says that score releases depend on when they actually RECEIVE your exam. Has anyone on here taken the exam on the last day and received your score during the 1st wave? Or will I have to wait even longer? 🙁

I took BEC July 20 and I'm in the same boat. I have taken a previous exam on the last day of the first wave and actually received my score in that wave. But I don't want to get your hopes up. We all know anything is possible with this exam.

    AUD: Attempt 1: 60; Attempt 2: 78
    BEC: Attempt 1: 75 (lost credit); Attempt 2: 80
    FAR: Attempt 1: 74; Attempt 2: 74; Attempt 3: 78
    REG: Attempt 1: 76 (lost credit); Attempt 2: 68; Attempt 3: 80

    Finished 11/01/2013!!!

We had duplicate posts … here was Elizabeth's answer:

“From what I've gathered, usually it still would be in the 1st wave, but if for some reason it was slow transmitting from your test center to NASBA/AICPA, then it might be delayed. I'm 99% sure you can call or email AICPA to ask what date your score was received and/or if it will be in this score release.

My next exam will be on Aug 14, the last day for Wave 2…and I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that it gets in that wave! I will be so disappointed if it doesn't. lol.”

Please use the score release thread up top to keep it all in one place.
