Hi, I have a question regarding to the CPA applicant fee.

I just pass the REG exam, and move on to take the BEC. Am I the repeat applicant to pay the $50 dollars or the $100 dollars for the first time applicant. This is my first time on BEC. To me, I am more suitable for the $50.

$100 Fee for First-time Applicants – To be paid by an applicant who is qualifying to sit for the CPA Exam as a California candidate for the first time.

$50 Fee for Repeat Applicants – To be paid by an applicant who was previously qualified to sit for the CPA Exam as a California candidate.

    Please help.

It will be $50 for repeat applicant. Only pay $100 for first time taking any test. At least this is how it works in MS

    BEC: 74;81
    AUD: 77
    REG: 71; 80

@gsnyder00 Yikes! CA just moved to reduce ours to $25 for reapplication and only $50 for initial application.
