My NTS expires on September 16th. My question is, does that mean I could still schedule a section for the October/November testing window, as long as I schedule it before the expiration, or does that mean that I need to have all of my appointments before September 16th. Hope that makes sense? Thank you!!

I doubt it. Try to schedule the exam. I'm sure the system will only let you register for dates that are valid with that NTS.

You need to actually take the exam before Sept 16. Which means you have to take it by Aug 31 since theres no testing in September.
