prometric technical issues – on the last day of my NTS

Has anyone ever had this issue before? I went to take my FAR exam and today was the final day on my NTS. The prometric site was having technical issues and they gave me a ticket number. I was unable to call them today, and will call them in the morning, but I was wondering if anyone had any BTDT stories for me?

Did you contact your state board? That's the first thing i would've done.
