So my exam on Sunday was cancelled due to a technical issue. The test center told us the Prometric server was down and they couldn’t fix it because their technical support does not work on weekend. We got a ticket # and were told to call 800-583-6769 to reschedule the exam on Monday.
I thought it should be easy to reschedule the exam but appearantly I was wrong. After being put on hold for more than 40 min, finally I was able to speak to a Prometric representative on the phone. But guess what. He said they would need some time to verify something before he can help me reschedule it (not sure what does that mean. I’ve already explained the situation and provided everything, name, address, ticket #, confirmation #, etc.) So I have to wait for another one day or two to be able to reschedule, which means the earlist day to take the exam will be Thursday subject to availablity.
I’m really frustrated…I feel like I’m forgetting everything..
Anyone had this issue before…. not sure what to do!
Please help!!!
