[I'm, Ron Burgundy?]

Has anyone else ever run into this? This could be due to “inclement weather” and I guess I should have checked the weather report prior to doing so. However, this is what happened…

I attempted to reschedule my exam online today. It’s in 2 weeks so I want to ensure I’m only charged $35 instead of losing the fees altogether. In any case, I entered my Credit card info and clicked continue. It kept processing, processing, processing and then booted me back to the previous page. I tried again and same thing. In the end I never received any kind of confirmation number or confirmation email and when I checked my bank account the money has been deducted. I called prometric and they are closed.

Just wondering if anyone else has faced this issue, regardless of the weather/shutdowns.

I am actually shocked they haven't extend the window yet.. There have been tons of days in all areas of the country where the centers have been closed…..

Finally done!

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!
