I have a quick Prometric question—

I just scheduled an exam for 11/21… and after thinking about it I wanted to move it to the Friday before, 11/18. I logged back into Prometric and it told me that the date had passed to make changes.

I thought you had 30 days to reschedule? Anyone had this issue before…. not sure what to do!
