Anybody having an issues with Prometric the past few days? I’ve been juggling my date around recently, have the confirmation email and whatnot set for August 20th; yet when I sign online to try to potentially reschedule, It says confirmation number doesn’t exist. This morning I was able to get on once and now it’s not working again.

Anyone else ever encounter this/currently getting this? Obviously I’ll call them to double check my confirmation but it seems odd. Hadn’t encountered any issues with Prometric prior to this.

Just logged in to reply to your post. About a month ago when I scheduled my exams I had the same exact problem. One minute it would be fine, the next it doesnt exist. I actually called prometric just to confirm. It was fine.

I would call and double check with them though. Better safe then sorry!

It went through about 2 minutes after I posted this.

Will definitely confirm as I've had to juggle it around a bit; now settled on the 17th.

That happen to me as well. I was juggling dates here and there and when I put in my confirmation number, I got the same message as you. Someone on this board told me to call them and confirm. Turns out I had the right confirmation number, but the site was/is having issues. Lady on the phone confirmed my number and also sent me a confirmation e-mail. Few minutes after I talked to her on the phone, number I had worked.

So just confirm it a week before your exam, website is just having issues.
