The Prometric website was acting funky this morning. I was trying to just view if open seats were available at a different time (which I’ve done WITHOUT logging in before), but it wouldn’t allow me. So I went into the reschedule/cancel option (being VERY careful not to click anything), and I viewed several locations and decided not to reschedule. I clicked ‘back’ all the way to my confirmation page, and the location had CHANGED. I had a panic attack for a second, checked my old email which had the correct location, and then signed out of prometric. I resigned in using the “confirm appointment” option and the correct testing center was on there. HEART ATTACK.

I ended up calling last week to reschedule FAR becuse the site kept telling me confirmation number didn't exist. That's comforting… NOT.

I booked my FAR in May 2013 at Burlington test center in MA. It was on Sat. When I tried to double check my test time at Friday afternoon, I just noticed that I cannot find my appointment confirmation email from prometrics.

I was so nervous so I called them to check my information using NTS number. They told me that sometimes it happens that you have registered the test but the system doesn't go through so you have to re-register it.

So I started to check the seat for second test at once and it turned out only Worcester had seats on Sat at that point…so my husband drove me down there in the morning for the test.

So my recommendation is please check if you have received the confirmation email after registration in case the system not go through~

I finally got the ‘seat availability' tool to work. The only availability I'd even consider switching to is Monday in Worcester, which is only two days later than my current slot in Boston.

My confirm # works ok, so that's good news.
