    I've been on hold with Prometric for about 30 minutes trying to reschedule my exam, there are so many voice recordings and menus they make you go through, good grief.

    Pumpkins, what time did they cancel you? I am scheduled for tomorrow and not really sure how to plan my pre-test day schedule. Hate to find out at midnight tonight either way. Also, let us know how the reschedule goes, curious about timing

    I got an email at 6:30 last night but I didn't see it until right after 8pm and they were closed so I couldn't call. When I tried to reschedule online (like it said to do in the email) it was going to charge me a $78 change fee.

    I tried to reschedule again online this morning and it says it's too late to reschedule, since my exam is scheduled for today. They really need to fix the website so people can just reschedule online when this happens.

    ….Still on hold by the way.

    If you're in Jersey, I'm guessing your testing center will be closed tomorrow. Most of the snow isn't supposed to hit until tonight.

    ETA: I'm' in NJ too, was scheduled at Hamilton.

    Was on hold for 3hr 20min on one line, 1hr 30min on another line. Will try again after lunch or after hours.

    I tried to reschedule, the website said too late, and now i have been on hold for 30 mn, nothing !! Any luck, anyone?

    I was planning on waiting here until I could reschedule but I might just go buy groceries and prepare for this blizzard.

    You might want to make sure you get it done today though. Since the storm isn't really hitting until tonight, I imagine the same test centers will be closed tomorrow. This is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

    On hold now…. I think either they all left or sleeping .. Prometrics CS sucks.

    What if we will not be able to get a hold of them today? Does that mean we will have to pay for re-schedule?

    They will not make you pay to reschedule since it was closed due to weather.

    Update: Someone answered after 3 hours and 55 minutes and she said she had to transfer me to someone else to reschedule my exam..

    OK, advice to anyone who needs to reschedule, don't call.

    I just was transferred to 3 different people and then got a voice mail from candidate care saying that they can only be contacted by email and will respond in 5 business days. I just lost 4 hours of my day and got absolutely nowhere.

    I realize there are weather-related closures every year. So, how do people go about getting their tests rescheduled? This is a nightmare.

    Has anyone who scheduled in #5856 test center( Penn Plaza) received any notice of tomorrow's arrangement?According to the notice on Prometrics website, most test centers in NYC will be closed tmr except this one. A little confused now.
