I am planning to take the exam in Aug. hopefully third or fourth week. But it’s all closed due to my late NTS only openings are available in 2nd week.

Is there any possibility that the openings in later dates are going to be available in a while due to some reschedules?

I see some seats are still open in very late July but wonder if same can happen in Aug.

I don’t want to pay for reschedule fee if I can make an appointment later week.

While there is obviously no guarantee that a later date will be available, sometimes dates will re-open because of reschedules. However, since it is at the end of a window…not too sure what the likelihood of that would be. Most people try to fit one in during the last window so I'd say odds are pretty slim. Is there another testing center you could travel to for the exam?
