So I know this is probably a dumb question, but if my NTS doesn’t have my middle name and one of my ID’s does is that bad?

I had the same thing so I sent in the name change form to add my middle initial so it matched my license. It only took about 3 days and my NTS was updated with my initial. I would do that don't risk it

First time i took audit i took my license and my passport. They never actually checked my second form of ID. If it matches your license i wouldnt really worry about it. That being said if you have a bunch of time to change it it might be worth it but if its for this window i would think you are prolly fine

I had the same issue and I submitted a change of name form and fixed it. I don't think it matters though.

Also I know they say 2 forms of ID but all I've ever needed was one

My two forms of ID didn't match exactly and I didn't have a problem (one had middle initial one didn't). Does the NTS match your primary form of ID (probably driver's license)?

I have my full name on my NTS, but I do not sign with my middle initial. I have not had any problems. Now that this is a topic it is something to consider.
