I applied to take the CPA exam in NJ earlier this summer. Upon applying I had not known that my degree was not conferred yet by my university, since I graduated in May of this year. I still meet the education requirement to sit for the exam. I have received my bachelors degree in accounting. So unfortunately this summer I had sent 3 non conferred transcripts to NASBA over a two month span only to be told the same thing over and over (my fault)
As of July 1st my degree has been conferred by my university and I received my diploma. Since then I have sent two transcripts to NASBA, that have been conferred(stated by my university). Yet they say that I am education deficient due to my degree not being conferred on my transcripts. I received a personal transcript myself and have viewed the the conferral myself.
I’ve tried to get into contact with anyone and everyone at NASBA yet it gets me virtually no where. I’ve called and emailed my coordinator, the manager of the coordinator, and other people as well.
Is there anything or anyone that can help me resolve this annoying and stressful issue. I meet the requirements to sit for the exam. I’ve been studying since July for BEC ans have been ready and overdue to take this test!!!!
