My NTS expires on Sept 11 , i am scheduled to give my Auditing on May 30. My preparation has not been good, so i was wondering if i do not clear my exam will i be able to give the exam in July with the same NTS or should i have to apply for a new NTS ?

you need a new NTS each time you take a section

FAR - 1/26/2012 - PASSED (78, but Lost credit), re-do 11/27/2013 - PASSED (87)!

I thought the NTS is good until expired? So, if I fell FAR next week and my NTS expires in November, I would have to apply for a new NTS to take FAR again?

An NTS is good for only those tests listed on it. Once you take that exam, you have to apply and pay for another NTS to take that exam again. If you take it and don't pass, then you have to get another NTS. An NTS has an expiration date so you have to take the exam before it expires or you have to apply and pay again. Different states have different expiration dates. Louisiana gives us 9 months to take the exam(s) listed on the NTS. I know that Texas only gives you 90 days.
