hi

my NTS expired yesterday, but it is still not removed in the portal or CPA central, so I am not able to issue a new one!, anyone got same issue before?

Check back tomorrow or a day after, or better yet call your State Board. Did you simply get it expired by no show on the test date? With the State Board here in KY, they just require the candidates to submit a new “Re-Exam Application for the Uniform CPA Exam” with your check fee.

my state is NH, and I did not used the NTS in sitting at any exam, i just left it until it expired.

also, can i use the new NTS to test in this same testing window? cause i did not take the exam for this section.

Hi-

If you didn't take the test, assuming you can get the new NTS and find room to schedule in this current window, I see no reason that is not allowed. The rule is not taking the same test more than once per quarter, so you should be fine. And yes, within 48 hours after the expired NTS, I think you should be able to request a new one.
